8 Week Vinyasa Series with Tobie Wick

THURSDAYS 5:45-6:45

April 23rd – June 11th

After a long winter, it’s time to start bringing movement back in.

We’ll flow through a series that soothes your body, mind, and spirit, finishing with a feel good cool down.

This Vinyasa Flow can be tailored to suit your energy level each day, whether you’re feeling strong or want to take it easy.

Tobie will connect the series to Monique Grey Smith’s beautiful book, Sharing the Light Stories and Reflections.

The first week is all about coming together and flowing, the next seven weeks will align with a chapter from the book.

After we flow in the final week we’ll have a chance to discuss the series’ themes and enjoy a delicious smoothie.

If you enjoy reading and want to follow along, we can include the book in the price, or you can simply enjoy how it is incorporated into yoga class each week.

The choice is yours.

To deepen your practice further, join Cori’s Tuesday evening class, where she’ll also be incorporating the same chapter of the book.

This series will be offered from Thursday, April 23 to June 11, from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m, the final class will run a little longer. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
