Kelp Forest Wellness is a nature-inspired refuge, a place where movement helps you find your rhythm and reconnect with yourself. Known as The Gallery, our historic practice room was once a dedicated ballet studio and is now reimagined as a space for classes and events.

Whether you are building heat in Ashtanga or finding stillness in Vinyasa, you’ll find a cozy, fully-equipped environment waiting for you.
We invite you to leave the outside world at the door and settle into a space designed to foster the resilience and belonging our community deserves. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, we make it easy to arrive and find your flow.
Our studio is fully equipped with high-quality mats, bolsters, blankets, and straps, so all you need to bring is yourself to feel truly at home in your body.

Ashtanga Yoga with Cori O’Connor

Ashtanga is a traditional yoga practice that incorporates philosophy, mantra and breath work as it follows a series of poses that coordinate breath with movement increasing strength, flexibility and focus in the body, mind and spirit. Attention is paid to individual alignment and the use of props in the practice making it safe and accessible for all levels.
Vinyasa Flow Series with Tobie Wick
THURSDAYS 5:45-6:45

Shake off the winter and move with intention. This adaptable Vinyasa Flow is designed to soothe the body and spirit, offering options to power up or take it easy depending on your energy.
The Journey: Each week, Tobie incorporates reflections from Monique Grey Smith’s book, Sharing the Light, weaving stories into our physical movement.
Now Accepting Drop-Ins: Missed the start? No problem! While this is an 8-week journey, drop-ins are now welcome for any session.
The Book: You can purchase the book through us to follow along, or simply enjoy how the themes are shared during class.
The Finale: Our final session on June 11 runs slightly longer, featuring a group discussion on the book’s themes over a delicious, complimentary smoothie.
