Our entire team of professionals at KFWC is committed to providing you with first-class service and treatments, leaving your mind and body with an experience of relaxation, rejuvenation and renewal. The following policies are intended to help us deliver on our commitment and to provide a uniform and enhanced experience to all our customers.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

Appointments are booked specifically for the individual named during booking. Substitutions, such as family members taking your spot, are not permitted.

Infrared Sauna Bookings - please advise if you are bringing a 2nd person prior to the appointment to avoid filling forms out before your appointment in clinic.

CANCELLATION POLICY

•Cancellations made within 4 hours or less of your appointment will be charged 100% of the session. 

•Cancellations made between 4 and 24 hours prior to your appointment will be charged 50% of the session.

•No-shows will be charged 100% of the session cost.

This applies for all services.

HEALTH POLICY

Please do not come to the clinic if you are feeling unwell.

WELLNESS CENTER ETIQUETTE 

Kindly remove your shoes at the front door, and place in a cubby.

• Use a quiet voice while inside the clinic to maintain a peaceful environment, and in consideration of those in treatment sessions.

•As a courtesy to all guests and for your enjoyment & relaxation, we kindly ask that you please turn all cell phones to silent, or off, upon entering KFWC.

•Please be conscious of the quiet environment while conversing / socializing with friends throughout KFWC.

•Should you arrive late for your scheduled treatment, our professionals will make every effort to accommodate your service, without interfering with the next scheduled guest. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable, however, depending on your circumstance, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment so that the next guest will not be delayed, and the full value of your treatment will be applied.

RMT SCHEDULE UPDATES

When booking an RMT appointment, please include your specific area of concern in the notes section. 

Currently, all RMT, massage, Registered Clinical Counselling, and Bio-Energetics bookings are made on the Jane App: https://kelpforestmassage.janeapp.com/#/registered-massage-therapy

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS

We welcome youth 18 years and older to enjoy our wellness services and teens 13 to 17 years of age when accompanied by a parent or guardian. For treatments and services written permission is required from a parent or guardian for massage therapy for youth under the age of 16.
